Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 15 July 2026

Metroit X gives an AI agent the ability to read files, write files, and run commands on a real computer. That capability comes with responsibility. This policy sets the rules for using it — violating it may result in suspension or termination of your account.

The one rule that matters most: only connect the Plugin to a machine you own or are explicitly authorized to control, and only point it at workspaces you’re authorized to modify. Never use Metroit X to act on someone else’s computer or network without their permission.

1. You may not use Metroit X to

  • Access, control, or run commands on a machine you don’t own and don’t have clear authorization to control.
  • Attack, scan, exploit, or disrupt any third-party system, network, or service you’re not authorized to test (no unauthorized penetration testing, DDoS, port scanning, credential stuffing, etc.).
  • Create or deploy malware, ransomware, or other malicious code intended to damage or gain unauthorized access to systems.
  • Violate any applicable law, or the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or organization.
  • Generate, request, or process child sexual abuse material, content promoting terrorism, or other content that’s illegal to possess or distribute.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or the permission/safety checks built into the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models, prompts, or infrastructure beyond normal product use.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written permission.
  • Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.
  • Send spam, or use the Service to generate content for spam, phishing, or other abusive messaging campaigns.

2. Your responsibility for agent actions

You are responsible for reviewing what the agent proposes before approving destructive or high-risk actions on your machine (deleting files, running scripts you don’t understand, force-pushing to a repository, modifying production systems). Our permission engine flags and can block many risky commands, but it’s a best-effort safety layer, not a guarantee — you remain the final decision-maker for anything that runs on your own computer.

3. Fair use of shared resources

Each plan has usage limits designed to keep the Service fast and affordable for everyone. Don’t attempt to automate, script, or bulk your usage in a way designed to exceed those limits or degrade service for other users.

4. Reporting a violation

If you believe someone is misusing Metroit X, email info@dremora.co with details.

5. Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our discretion, and without refund of any prepaid fees where termination is due to a violation on your part.
